As a company policy, Lazuli does not accept returns/ refunds. Therefore, please make sure to carefully review all product details and double-check the size and color before placing an order.
At Lazuli, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewellery we create is of the highest quality. However, we understand that sometimes errors or damage may occur during the production process or shipment.
Our return policy states that we accept returns only in case of damage. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and will replace or repair any item that is damaged due to an error on our part. If your Lazuli jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email or phone within 2 days of receipt. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item, and once we receive it, we will either repair or replace it free of charge.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for jewellery that is not damaged during the shipping process. If you are not satisfied with a product for any other reason, such as fit or style, we encourage you to contact us before making a purchase so that we can advise you on the best options available. Additionally, since our jewellery is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, we do not accept returns for items that have been worn or altered in any way.
